We have a few simple steps that we will ask you to follow to assist us in getting your cake topper completed:

1. Understand that Captured In Clay figures are clay caricatures. Figures are made from the information and pictures you provide the artist.

2. Check availability - We are currently accepting orders for 2008. Contact us by phone @ 503.803.4046 (8am-5pm PDT). Or if you'd prefer to email us, send requests to Liz@Capturedinclay.com.

3. Download Order Forms - Once you've contacted us we will ask you to fill out an order form and information list. These forms provide us with the details needed to complete your cake topper. You'll need to email, mail, or fax them back to us (Fax #: 509-756-0052). 4. Send 50% Deposit - to secure your need by date.

5. Send Reference Material and Order Forms* - Before you send this information, be sure you take a look at the Photo Guidelines page. This will give you an idea of what kinds of pictures we need to create your figure. Once we receive these materials we will begin the process.

6. Send Final Payment - Before we ship your completed figure we will email you a picture of it. At that time we ask you to send the remaining balance or Captured In Clay will invoice you.

* Once you have contacted us and your date has been saved with a 50% deposit, we will contact you with a date and schedule of when we will begin on your figure.
